Arav Gupta is a high school student and youth advocate intent on ensuring the safety and inclusion of children with food allergies. Arav has lived his entire life with severe allergies to dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and sesame, and has witnessed the lack of education and awareness surrounding food allergies firsthand. Because of this, he launched the National Allergy Safety Coalition to provide open-access educational toolkits to program directors and school nurses.
