By using the Nathefah App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
This policy is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws, as well as the guidelines set forth by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
To provide you with our laundry, ironing, and delivery services, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
Service Details: Pickup and delivery addresses, specific instructions for laundry/ironing, and preferences.
Payment Information: Payment methods and billing information. (Note: Payment processing is handled securely by third-party processors, such as Amazon Payfort; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).
Communications: Any feedback, ratings, or messages sent to our Help Center or customer support.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., UUID), and mobile network information.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise location data (GPS) to accurately route delivery drivers to your pickup and delivery locations.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes, and other system activity.
If you enable Biometric Login (Fingerprint/Touch ID or Face ID), the App utilizes the biometric authentication capabilities of your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your actual biometric data (such as your fingerprint or face scan) to our servers. A unique, anonymous cryptographic token (UUID) is generated and sent to our servers simply to verify that the local device authentication was successful.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To schedule pickups/deliveries, process orders, and manage your laundry and ironing services.
Account Management: To create, maintain, and secure your user account.
Payment Processing: To facilitate transactions and collect payments for services rendered.
Communication: To send you transaction updates (e.g., order tracking, delivery notifications) via push notifications or SMS, and to respond to your customer support requests.
App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot software bugs, and enhance the overall user experience.
Security & Fraud Prevention: To verify your identity, prevent fraud, and maintain the safety and integrity of our services.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following scenarios:
Service Providers: We share necessary information with trusted third-party vendors, such as payment processors (e.g., Amazon Payfort), cloud hosting services (e.g., Firebase), and push notification services (e.g., FCM/APNs).
Delivery Partners/Drivers: We share your name, phone number, and address with the personnel responsible for picking up and delivering your orders.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, operating license/agreement, legal process, or governmental request.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or higher age depending on applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to securely delete such information.
