Anxie is an app I designed to work alongside a wearable wristband that helps people living with anxiety better understand and manage their experiences. The app allows users to keep a daily diary, track emotional patterns, and identify triggers.
The wearable picks up physiological data, like changes in heart rate or skin conductance—to detect when anxiety spikes.
Over time, Anxie learns patterns and helps users understand what might be causing their anxiety.
Most importantly, this information can be securely shared with a counsellor or mental health professional, helping bridge the gap between moments of distress and moments of support.
My goal with Anxie was to take something so deeply internal and often misunderstood and make it visible, trackable, and most of all, manageable.
