Her focus extended beyond meeting sales goals. She worked to build lasting relationships, ensuring each client was informed, supported, and confident in their financial decisions.
In March 2022, Nathalie took on the role of Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Nolos, a growing LegalTech and FinTech company based in Montréal. Nolos’s mission is to make legal and financial services more accessible, affordable, and easy to understand, particularly for families in Quebec.
She leads the company’s brand strategy, positioning, and communications, ensuring every message reflects its mission and values. Her responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns that promote services like digital wills, estate planning, and financial tools. These campaigns aim to educate, empower, and help people protect their families, homes, and assets.
For Nathalie, the value of her work comes from making a difference. She is committed to helping families understand the importance of protecting their loved ones, beginning with steps such as creating a legal will. She believes that education on legal rights and financial planning is a powerful way to bring about long-term change.
Her philosophy is centered on trust, empathy, and clarity. She believes that legal and financial services should be simple, direct, and free from unnecessary complexity. At Nolos, she works to ensure that communications are human and relevant, always remembering that behind every decision is a family seeking security.
Her fluency in English, French, and Arabic enables her to connect with Quebec’s diverse communities, ensuring Nolos’s message of accessibility, education, and empowerment reaches the widest audience possible.
Throughout her career, Nathalie has been recognized for delivering results while maintaining a focus on impact. At La Capitale (now Beneva), she was named one of the top financial mortgage performers for three consecutive years and one of the top mortgage sales performers for two straight years.
