I am a fourth year English major with a concentration in analytical writing and a minor in Spanish. I study English because it is both academically and creatively fulfilling. I believe that writing is imperfect and malleable, and I approach both tutoring and my own work with that in mind.
I am a Resident Assistant, the president of the Track Club, and I am the opinion section editor of the Maine Campus. I enjoy hiking quite a bit, I frequently crave dill pickle flavored snacks from gas stations, and I believe that "Son of Man" from Phil Collins' Tarzan soundtrack could very well be the solution to world peace.
On this wonderful site you can find my tutoring philosophy, academic and opinion writing samples, and maybe even true happiness. I use he/him/his pronouns.
To get a sense for the kinds of changes you could make to your own resume, check out an earlier version of my mine here!
