I began my professional career in the Property Management industry. After working a position that was a hybrid desktop support/classroom training role, I realized it was the Learning side that got me excited. I decided to focus my energy on being the best educator I could be.

I started my eLearning career by making a few videos for a company meeting. That turned into my manager asking me to try my hand at eLearning course creation. I immediately fell in love! The processes, the creativity, and the freedom to try new things instilled a newfound passion for a career I hadn't thought of before.

Fast forward to today and I have created a wide variety of courses covering a multitude of topics. This includes planning, developing, implementing, and assessing content. 

Although my passion is eLearning, Classroom Facilitation calls me back home every once in a while. It feels good to be able to flex those muscles to keep me sharp.
