Cognitive Scientist

I am a cognitive scientist studying the nature of human exploratory behavior and learning. I am interested in how people seek out and use information from their environments to form new concepts and make decisions. I am currently focusing on the processes and mechanisms underlying exploration in young children, how they differ than in adults, and what this means about how the brain and mind develop. I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Cognitive Development Lab at the Ohio State University.
