By 29, I`ve realized that I can work using my full potential, skills, and knowledge only if I strongly believe in my company, consider myself as its part, and am excited and dedicated to our great Mission.
My social experience includes (Dnipro, one of the four biggest cities in Ukraine):
Volunteering (as a part of Admiration Theatre for children's shelters and hospitals; as a part of Salvation Army Dnipro for animal shelters; for helping Ukrainian refugees, wounded soldiers, etc.)
Being a deputy head of organizations and head of departments (social work, media, volunteering) + organizer of protests and events. I was the head of the press service of the Dnipro branch of the All-Ukrainian public organization (NGO) "Common Efforts" and the Dnipro public organization Youth of Dnipro (NGO).
Being a deputy and the head of the media service (16 people subordinate) of the Youth Council in the city of Dnipro, where I also fought for the rights of youth, honesty, and transparency of city politics.
Founding and leading my own independent public television iWantv (for 4 years), which fought many problems in the city and openly advocated freedom of speech and protection of the rights of citizens. For this, I even received an award from the regional council. A lot of our projects had a great impact on society.
Organizing my own projects (like FM Family - dance social flash mob movement), or Stop-cad Dnipro (movement against rude and harmful behavior in the city).
Moreover, I worked as a journalist for the independent media of the city: "Public TV" and others. It is independent journalism and the fight for justice and human rights that I am able to move mountains for.
I am an ambitious person with a passion for communication and storytelling.
I`ve been through war, and I`ve been a part of a significant volunteering movement in Ukraine, where I`ve lost my friends. I was born in a heavily polluted city, so I know what a clean and pure nature is worth. I want to struggle for a clean environment, healthy and happy women as a part of this environment, and ending all senseless wars in our world that also ruin our Home tremendously.
Now I live in Denmark and I am a deputy head of the organization Union of Ukrainians in Næstved.
Ukrainian Christmas, that we organized for Danish friends in Næstved, December 2023:
Giving an interview to a TV channel in Dnipro, Ukraine (about FM-family and Stop-ham Dnipro):
Thank you, my mentor, my best friend in Copenhagen, and my Danish mother, Gitte Kirkeby, for such a recommendation! 😍
"I give Nataliia my warmest recommendations. She is a fantastic person. I got to know Nataliia through a mentoring project and have known her since the autumn of 2023.
She came to Europe as a refugee and has lived in Denmark, i.e., Næstved, for almost two years. There, the opportunities were limited, so her biggest wish was to come to Copenhagen to get more opportunities, both in terms of work, socially, and personally.
She is educated in communication and journalism and wants to use her education, just as she would like to be part of the many activities and networks, e.g., with Ukrainians and others in Copenhagen. In the spring of 2024, she moved into our family in our Brønshøj-Husum, where we had plenty of room, as only the youngest of our three children still lived at home.
It made it easier and more fun for me to help her with jobs, authority, and other things. She has learned more about Danish norms and culture and we speak Danish and debate everything that happens. Besides the fact that she now knows about Danish everyday life like ours, she is a great help and inspiration to us. This applies not only to practical things – cleaning, food, walking with the dog, and helping with the garden- but also to having attention and a presence of a special nature, fun, and charm. It's speed across the field, life, and happy days - all despite the challenging conditions and uncertainty with the war, her family, etc.
Nataliia is a fantastic conversation partner; she knows an incredible amount, and we have learned much about life in Ukraine and what is happening there. As a Russian and Ukrainian interpreter, she can talk more easily with neighbors and others around us. Thanks to her, we have got a channel and mirroring of the conditions in our lives. She is very caring and empathetic. Her skills in social contact, creativity, and communication are impressive. She has her own personality. She has a lot to give and helps others give more of themselves.
With these words, I can only recommend Nataliia Krytskova to you. She has my strongest recommendations—as a person, as a friend, and as a colleague."
