When I began the course to become a certified Organic Intelligence© (OI) coach, I had no idea just how much it would transform every aspect of my life. 

I discovered OI on an acting retreat in Ireland where I studied under Helena Walsh and Benjamin Mathes. OI has supported my independent creative practice, my embodiment of the sacred, my sensuality, and the healing of my relationship to my multi-ethnic ancestral line. 

I am deeply honored to begin offering this work 1:1 with clients come September 2026 to support your unfurling, your creativity, your wholeness, your healing.
