A good research proposal should:
Introduce the revelant concepts, economic agents and/or regulations.
Clearly state and motivate the research question.
Describe outcome and main explanatory variable and state data sources.
Briefly state indented estimation strategy and relevant references if applicable.
Summarize expected findings and contribution to literature.
