EDUC 631 - Foundations of Educational Technology and Online Learning
Applying the SAMR Model Assignment
The assignment enabled me to design a high-quality educational technology integration to align the state standards in the instruction by utilizing the SAMR model to analyze the effectiveness of technology integration in students' academic enhancement. Implementing the SAMR model in art appreciation class went through the stage of enhancement and transformation to ensure students' diverse use of technology and 21st-century skills development. The selection of integrated technologies allowed students to become the community's competent citizens.

EDUC 671 - Curriculum Evaluation
Curriculum Evaluation Paper Assignment
The assignment required a profound understanding of implementing curriculum evaluation that enhances students' academic accomplishment. The evaluation is done from multiple perspectives, including standards and objective establishment, assessment for learning, validity, reliability, differentiated instruction, and culturally responsive teaching to ensure catering to the needs of all students. Throughout this assignment, I understand the curriculum as the foundation for students' success and skill development. Moreover, a high-quality curriculum can support students in learning authentically and applying their knowledge in the real world.
EDUC 673 - Curriculum and Methods for Effective Instruction
Differentiated Strategies and Assessment Assignment
I designed a lesson plan for a grade eight visual art class to align one standard from the Virginia Department of Education. The goal was to differentiate instruction to address students' interests, readiness, and learner profiles from content, process, and product perspectives to cater to all students' learning needs. The strategies for differentiated instruction include effective educational technology integration and targeted skills development to enhance students' motivation for academic achievement. Hence, the lesson plan enabled all students with different abilities and readiness to learn the same content with the same level of understanding of instruction in one classroom.

Course Project - Professional Development Plan for Teachers
The project is to design a comprehensive professional development plan for teachers to enhance students' learning strategically. The plan focuses on academics in students, and the content is to encourage teachers to implement differentiated and authentic instruction effectively, apply standards in educational technology integration, address targeted accommodations in Individualized Education Programs and 504 plan, set goals with students for high expectations, and use data collection and analysis. Moreover, I included the biblical worldview in educators to support students with an empathic perspective to understand better learners' backgrounds that connect to their learning abilities. Hence, the plan ensures all educators have a consistent level of advanced knowledge in implementing effective instruction and a positive attitude in teaching to support all students' growth.
