Terms & Conditions 

• Eligibility: Open to all voice actors and voice performers aged 18 and over (please state upon booking if you are a newcomer to the industry).

• Session Format: All sessions take place remotely via Google Meet.

• Pre-Session Survey: All clients must complete the survey prior to their session. Your responses are used to tailor script preparation, studio guidance, business strategy, and casting analysis directly to your goals!

Session Options & Pricing

• Newcomers industry Session | £65 p/h

  • Focus: On all that you need to begin, including core voice technique, session survey review & essential guidance on breaking into the voiceover field.

  • Booking Requirement: Minimum booking of two 1-hour sessions to ensure enough time to tailor your training effectively and build real momentum!

• Experienced Industry Session | £95 p/h (Limited-time offer — standard rate £110 p/h)

  • Focus: On all that you need, including In-depth script directing (bring your own scripts/materials), game-specific character work, and high-level career strategy.

  • Flexibility: Book as many sessions as you need to suit your ongoing development!

What the Sessions Cover

• Script Work & Audition Prep: Build unique characters using your own scripts while preparing for auditions through mock scenarios, technical direction, and actionable feedback.

• Industry Strategy & Mentorship: Personalised Q&A and expert guidance covering home studio setup, technical gear, and navigating the voiceover business.

• Branding & Marketing: Direct advice on building your industry profile, defining your unique casting type/USP, and pitching yourself to agents and casting directors.

Scheduling & Timing

• Recommended Pace: Leaving at least one day between sessions is recommended to give you dedicated time to reflect, process feedback, and practise.

• Newcomers to the Industry: Your second session must be booked within 2 weeks of your initial session.

• Availability: Booking further sessions is subject to ongoing schedule availability.

Policies & Payment Terms

• Payment: Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your slot.

• Rescheduling: At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule your session without incurring a fee.

• Transferability: All booked slots are strictly non-transferable.
