This is an intensive program that covers the main health regulations in Brazil, Latin America (LATAM), Europe, Japan, and the United States. With a globalized and multidisciplinary approach, the course introduces key legal concepts, international regulatory institutions, and the impact of these regulations on local health legislation.
The main objective of the course is to equip participants to understand the global regulatory landscape and develop Regulatory Intelligence, enabling strategic and effective performance in the pharmaceutical industry.
