Friends of Drama (FOD)
The Friends of Drama organization was founded in 1993 by a group of parents interested in keeping the performing arts alive and well at Nashoba Regional High School. For decades, the Friends of Drama members have been instrumental in supporting Nashoba Drama through fundraising efforts and production assistance.
Parent committees run our program advertising campaign, build sets, fit costumes on actors, provide/make props, and handle the ticket sales/lobbies. The help we get from these individuals is immeasurable. Without Friends of Drama, we would not be able to stage our productions.
If you have a love for the arts, even if your child doesn't participate or you don't even have a child in the school, please consider donating your time to Nashoba Drama and Friends of Drama. We are always looking for people with some sewing skills, or knowledge of power tools and construction.
Friends of Drama awards a scholarship each year in the amount of $1000 to a student who is pursuing theatre arts or related subject as a major or minor in college.
It truly "takes a village" to stage our shows and we are grateful to Friends of Drama for of their continued support.
