Nash Fuel & Recovery does not require a Nash account and does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Nutrition, hydration, recovery, symptom, goal, and preference data is stored on your device and is not stored in iCloud by the app. If you enable Apple Health features, only the selected data is exchanged directly with HealthKit under Apple’s permissions. Exports leave the app only when you choose a destination through Apple’s sharing tools. Apple processes in-app purchases; the app does not receive your full payment details.
Apple Health access is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Nash Fuel & Recovery does not sell personal or health information. Delete records in the app where offered or delete the app to remove on-device data. The app provides general wellness information, not diagnosis or medical advice.
