Non-iPad CAPI / CAPI Training:

Need to access CAPI or CAPI TRAINING from a personal computer? Go to CAPI Dashboard and click on the appropriate link under CAPI URLS.

iPad Lockout (unable to log in):

Keep entering the wrong passcode until the iPad wipes, Then tap on the "iPad Settings" button to the right of this paragraph and follow all the steps.

iSolved Lockout:

Wait 10 minutes for account to automatically unlock then try again. If password is entered 5 times incorrectly, account will lock again for 10 minutes. Reset password if needed.

CAPI Lockout:

Someone in the RFO will need to reset your account. Contacts with rights to do this: Harvey, Brenda, Greg, and Candi.
