1. Requesting a commission

a) To request a commission the client must send a message to me in any my social media platforms (Twitter: https://twitter.com/N6r0th, Discord: n6r0th). After confirmation of the ordering of the service, the client will be put in a queue in my trello site (https://trello.com/b/fQ4nVQJh/naroth-rigs).

b) I reserve the right to not accept a commission if there are no slots available for clients, if the clients art is not set up properly for rigging or if  I do not feel comfortable in accepting said commission. The amount of slots are not fixed and may vary each time they are completed. 

2. Payment of a commission

a) Payment starts when 50% of the commission has been completed. The client will pay 50% of the commission when 50% of the work is done.  The last 50% will be paid after the service has been completed and a demonstration video has been shown to the client, proving that they are satisfied with the final product.  Updates of the work in progress will be sent to the client as the work is being done.

b) The payment method will be via paypal. A paypal invoice will be sent to the client once the time to pay has come.

c) Refunds will not be accepted after the product has been delivered. 

3. Delivery and usage of the model

a) When the Live2D is ready, a .moc3 I will be sent to the client with the necessary files for the model to work in a folder. I will not send nor share the .cmo3 (editable live2D file) file of the model.

b) The model will be configured to work in VTube Studio. If necessary, I will assist the client in setting up the model in case the tracking configuration that I previously set up does not work for them. The client will be asked if they want to use another tracking app in case they don’t plan to use VTube Studio, to set up the model for that specific app.

c) The finished model will be featured in a showcase video made by me, and will only be published with permission of the client in case they haven’t debut yet, or after their debut. 

4. Crediting 

a) The artwork belongs to the artist, thus, I will credit them in any showcase video of the finished product. 

b) The client and their social media will be mentioned in the showcase video of the finished product.

c) I will request the client to credit me in their social media as long as they keep using the model that I have rigged.
