Art is already there.

Works & Wordsは、成澤豪の作品と言葉による、アート活動のレーベルです。

成澤豪は、京都を拠点に活動するアーティストです。自然や日常のなかに潜む、静かな「発見」や「気づき」を出発点に、異なるテーマをもつ複数の作品シリーズを、並行して制作しています。
シリーズごとに追うテーマに応じて素材や表現方法を選び、試行を重ねるなかで、表現は少しずつ輪郭を得て、独自の技法として形づくられていく。素材の手触りや重なり、光の反射、線を置くときの呼吸──そうした微細な変化に耳を澄ませながら、形が応えを返す瞬間を模索します。
複数のシリーズを手がけるのは、世界を一方向からではなく、複数の角度から見つめ続けるため。一見、対照的なシリーズどうしも、根の部分ではゆるやかに響き合い、ひとつの世界を形づくっていく。そうした眼差しのなかで生まれた表現が、誰かの生活にそっと寄り添う存在となることを目指しています。
Works & Words is an art label for the works and words of Go Narisawa.Go Narisawa is an artist based in Kyoto. His practice begins with quiet moments of discovery found in nature and everyday life. From these subtle starting points, he develops multiple series of work in parallel, each shaped by a distinct theme.

For each series, materials and forms of expression are chosen in response to its theme. Through ongoing experimentation, forms gradually take shape and settle into techniques of their own. The texture of materials, their overlapping, the reflection of light, the act of placing a line—by paying attention to such small shifts, he works toward the moment when form begins to answer back.

Working on multiple series is a way of continuing to look at the world from more than one direction. Even series that appear contrasting on the surface resonate quietly at their core, together forming a connected landscape of work. Within this way of seeing, his expressions are created in the hope that they may come to rest gently alongside someone’s everyday life.
