Click on Download a Copy to Download the File

At the bottom right of the new tab window, click on the 100%

This Zoom to box will open

Full Page will show the document as a Full Page in the Window

Page Width will show the document filling the full width of the Window Page Width will make it larger and easier to read.

Print at the top of the document window will download the file to your computer
