At Narellan Music Centre, we believe in the power of music to heal, connect, and transform. Our music therapy services are delivered by qualified, registered music therapists who work with individuals of all ages to support emotional, social, physical, and cognitive wellbeing.
Music therapy is not about learning an instrument—it's about using music as a clinical and evidence-based tool to support people living with disability, mental health challenges, trauma, developmental delay, or other life experiences. Whether through improvisation, songwriting, movement, or listening, music can offer a safe space for expression and growth.
We work with:
Children and teens with developmental, behavioural, or social challenges
Adults living with disability, injury, or trauma
People seeking support with mental health, grief, or life transitions
Families and carers wanting to engage in joint therapeutic music sessions
Sessions are tailored to individual goals and may be claimed under NDIS funding (for self-managed and plan-managed participants). For those who are not eligible for NDIS, we offer low-cost or subsidised therapy options to keep support accessible.
Booking a music therapy session is simple. We offer:
Individual sessions (30 or 60 minutes)
Initial consultations to assess goals and needs
Flexible scheduling, including school hours and after-school availability
