Account and Data Deletion Policy

SmartDialer allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request account and data deletion by:

• Using the in-app “Delete Account” option (if available), or

• Sending an email request to:

naprocstech@gmail.com

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification of the request, we will delete:

• User account information

• Saved contacts and groups

• Personal and professional details

• User preferences and filters

• Associated cloud-stored data (if applicable)

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained temporarily:

• for legal compliance,

• fraud prevention,

• dispute resolution,

• or security purposes.

Retained data will be securely deleted after the legally required retention period.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
