Due to the convenient traffic connections via the nearby N340 road, traffic noise can be audible on the terrace.

The apartment is only about 600m from the beach. On the beach you will find many beach bars, so called chiringuitos with many spanish specialties and live music during the high season. In a few minutes you can reach restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. There is also a tennis and a golf club nearby. Public transport links are available via a nearby bus stop with regular services toward Marbella and Málaga. There are free parking spaces directly in front of the building and underground parking within the building can be arranged upon request.
