Ang mga guro at magaaral ay nagkatipon tipon para ipagdiwang ang Buwan ng Wika sa taong ito.
Nagkaroon ng iba't ibang paligsahan gaya ng pagsasatao ng mga tauhan mula sa koridong Ibong Adarna at Nobelang Noli Me Tangere.
