Email the current NAPC leadership board at napikaconsortium@gmail.com
In the past, the NAPC communications list was hosted through a university listerv, but to accommodate new members and facilitate management of these communications though changing leadership, we moved this conversation to a Google Group in early 2025. Anyone is welcome to join the listserv - researchers, educators, managers, and pika enthusiasts alike! We just ask that you keep the conversation respectful and communications focused.
Please follow the instructions below to join our Google Groups Listerv!
If you have a Google account associated with your email, you can simply send an email to westernpikas+subscribe@googlegroups.com The subject and body of the message are unused, and should not contain any content. You will receive an email to confirm your subscription. It is recommended that you ignore the button to click and instead reply to the message in your email client.
If you are unable to subscribe using the technique above, email us (napikaconsortium@gmail.com) with the email address you’d like to add, and we’ll manually add you to the group.
You can message the members of the NAPC Google Group in two ways:
Via the web - requires a Google account: Visit https://groups.google.com/g/westernpikas and click “New conversation” at the top left corner of the screen.
Via email - works for everyone: Email your message to westernpikas@googlegroups.com
Manage your subscription preferences (requires a Google account): You can visit https://groups.google.com/g/westernpikas, then click “My membership settings” on the left-hand bar. Here, you can set whether you receive each email, a digest of all emails for the day, or no emails (just check via the web).
If you do not have a Google account and would like to change your preference, please email napikaconsortium@gmail.com
Unsubscribe: Using the same email account that you want to use for your Google Group membership, open your email client and email westernpikas+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com. The subject and body of the message are unused, and don’t have to be set. You should then receive an email confirmation that you are unsubscribed. This option should work regardless of whether or not you have a google account.
