• Location Access (Foreground & Background): We require access to your device's GPS services. Background location access is explicitly required so the app can wake you up even when your phone is locked or the app is minimized in your pocket.

• Mobile Device Storage: We require local storage access to save your alarm list and preferences directly to your phone.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

In Short: Your information is processed entirely locally on your device to track your proximity to your destination.

• To provide the core functionality of the app: We process your real-time GPS location against your saved alarm coordinates to trigger a wake-up alert when you enter the radius of your destination.

• To save or protect an individual's vital interest: We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as preventing you from missing your stop and getting lost.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

Because we do not use cloud servers, we do not dictate data retention. Your alarm coordinates and settings are retained securely on your mobile device for as long as you choose to keep the NapDrop app installed. Once you delete the app, the data is permanently erased from your device based on your operating system's standard deletion protocols.

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
