Hello.  I am an assistant professor at Sam Houston State University in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.   I received my PhD from the University of North Texas, my Masters degree from SHSU, and my BS from Alma College. 

My research, broadly, lies in noncommutative algebra. More specifically, I study deformations of skew group algebras.   I have ventured into studying generalized splines and graph theory due to the accessability they offer to working with students.
