・[2608.09063] The minimal obstruction modulus for quadratic forms 

・これは二次形式における最小障害モジュラスという量を定義し，2元2次形式と3元対角形式の場合にそれを完全に決定した論文です．

コメント；最小障害モジュラスを決定することはすべての素数pに対して Q (mod p^k)が全剰余類を表現できるかを判定することと同値なので，これを主結果と思う人も居るだろう．いずれにせよ，ほぼ完全に初等的に示せたことは自分でも驚いている．

・This paper defines the concept of the minimal obstruction modulus in quadratic forms and completely determines it for binary quadratic forms and ternary diagonal forms.

Comment: Since determining the minimal obstacle modulus is equivalent to determining whether Q (mod p^k) can represent all residue classes for every prime p, some may consider this the main result. In any case, I am surprised myself that I was able to prove this almost entirely elementaryly.
