step 1 ── .✦ send a direct message to the artist, kindly tell them what you need. avoid sending only "hi" or "hello" or "are you available for commission?" as it will result for your messages on getting deleted, this can be classified as bot/scam movement script. you can go straight forward on what you want to request to the artist. slots opening are announced to avoid the question in italic bold. please don't be afraid to send memes first or be enthusiastic when inquiring! be yourself and don't be too formal, plsssss
step 2 ── .✦ once the artist responds to your inquiry or order request, the artist will ask for references. you can send references like in the ff.

╰┈➤ no video formats as the artist doesn't have much time to view/watch the video, screenshots would do!
╰┈➤ color palettes to avoid adjustments that can consume time, color palettes from pinterest would work or you can go with hexcodes. color dropping from an unclear image will have a different color output.
╰┈➤ hair, skin tone, eyes are the key for color palette.
╰┈➤ the clothing/wardrobe changes for the character can be from pinterest or your own image as well, if subject to change the color, please, please, please provide the hexcodes.
╰┈➤ if ordering in portrait section, please provide poses (can be an image or descriptive type) or you can tell the artist to have creative freedom based on the character's personality.
step 3 ── .✦ once your order is checked and confirm, the order form link will be provided, in that form is where you can pay as well. no need to send a paypal link. the artist's payment details will be on the form so pick your payment method carefully.
step 4 ── .✦ if payment is done and processed, you will be on the queuelist, you can check the queuelist here queueing is based on the time of your order, but once the slots are full, it'll take a month to process all of the orders as the artist work in batches (meaning, per category with most number of orders, the reason why the artist will not take rush orders.)
