Synthesis of functional nanomaterials
Our research group focuses on the synthesis and application of various inorganic nanoparticles and nanocomposites. In particular, we design synthesis and processing strategies for functional nanomaterials such as ceramic composites and colloidal nanoparticles with the ability to finely tune parameters including particle size, morphology crystallinity, and interfacial properties.
These nanomaterials are applied in optoelectronic devices, sensors, and energy conversion/storage systems, where we also consider both structural and chemical stability are considered to enhance device performance and long-term reliability.
