Dr Kalpana Pandey
Ph.D, M.Sc.
Research Interest: Smart packaging and biosensing technologies
Dr. Kalpana Pandey is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Kookmin University and KOREATECH, specializing in the design of advanced polymer composites for high-impact applications. After earning her PhD from IIT Delhi in 2023, where she developed bicompartmental particles for groundwater remediation, she has expanded her expertise into the biomedical, energy storage, and food packaging sectors. Her current research focuses on the intersection of materials science and bioengineering, specifically developing bio-based sensors for real-time monitoring. By engineering polymer network architectures at the molecular level, she aims to create sustainable, high-performance materials that bridge the gap between synthetic chemistry and biological systems.
