At the Nano-3D research group, we specialize in assembling functional 3D architectures from 2D materials (graphene, boron nitride and MXenes) and ceramics for application in energy, aerospace and bio-medicine. We are passionate about manufacturing and we aim to push the limits of current technologies by merging advanced materials with multi-scale colloidal processing approaches. Our research has the potential to make more efficient and durable energy storage devices and multi-functional ceramic composites that can operate under more demanding conditions.
