The Nano Hornets started in 2019 ( seventh grade!), and since then, we've been buzzing with enthusiasm for robotics and innovation. Over the years, our team has grown in spirit, achieving remarkable milestones and leaving a trail of inspiration wherever we go. With each season, we've learned evolved, and refined our skills, striving to reach new heights in the world of FIRST Tech Challenge.

Over the years, The Nano Hornets has soared to impressive heights, earning recognition for our work and dedication. In 2019, we proudly clinched the prestigious Control Award, a testament to our mastery of robot control systems, and innovative engineering. While 2020 presented unforeseen challenges due to the global pandemic, our team persevered, adapting to the circumstances with determination and resilience. In 2021, we proudly stood as Finalist Alliance 2nd Pick, showcasing our ability to make quick decisions and teamwork. Additionally, we secured the Control Award 2nd Place, reaffirming our excellence in robot control and execution.  As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain steadfast in our pursuit of greatness.

Our mentors are some of the most important people on the team. Their expertise, mentorship, and unwavering support that they provide us has helped us excel in every aspect of our robotics journey. They lead by example, instilling in us the values of teamwork, perseverance, and continuous learning.

The heartbeat of Nano Hornets is our team members that are the driving force behind our success. Fueled by passion, and dedication, each member plays a vital role in the design, construction, and programming of our robot. We collaborate, problem-solve, and celebrate together forming a bond that goes beyond the competition arena.
