"The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet."
- Aristotle
From my school days, I have cherished participating in Teacher’s Day celebrations, enjoying the experience of teaching in a traditional classroom. However, during my master’s, the celebration transformed—students took on the challenge of planning lectures, designing presentations, and organizing quizzes and certificates. With technology becoming an integral part of academia, we have learned to expand our reach and enhance the learning experience.
I have come to truly appreciate the dedication of teachers who shape the minds of future generations. Teacher’s Day honors figures like Anne Sullivan, who helped Helen Keller break through silence, and Maria Montessori, who revolutionized education with her child-centered approach. These educators, along with others like Ram Shankar Nikumbh from Taare Zameen Par, embody the power of teaching to inspire and cultivate growth, both inside and outside the classroom.
