I am a volunteer for the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, IITK. The role of the volunteers is to teach SCIENCE and MATHEMATICS to students in the rural areas of Bithoor. 

Unlike their urban counterparts, they did not have internet connectivity, smart phones or access to online education. Hence, they remained without studies for almost 1.5 years.

About UBA IITK:-

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) at IITK has been working in the  villages of Bithoor since 2017, with education and livelihood as two thrust activities. UBA IITK is planning to take online education to rural schools with the motto of giving quality education to all children. We are gearing up to set Smart classrooms in a few model schools and train teachers to handle technology enabled teaching.
