Hi, I’m Nikhil Kumar, a passionate cinematographer working primarily in the Telugu film industry. Visual storytelling has always captivated me, and I channel that fascination into every frame I craft. Whether it's a feature film, web series, or short film, I approach each project with a commitment to storytelling through light, composition, and movement.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of directors, writers, and creative teams to translate scripts into visually compelling narratives. My goal is to ensure that each frame resonates with emotion and meaning, enhancing the overall impact of the story.

I specialize in creating distinct visual moods—from dramatic and gritty to soft and poetic—tailored precisely to the tone and message of the film. I am well-versed in using high-end camera systems including ARRI Alexa, RED, and Sony  among others, and have hands-on experience with various lens kits and lighting setups to support a wide range of cinematic styles.

Beyond the technical, I believe in the collaborative spirit of filmmaking. I work closely with directors and production teams to understand the vision at its core and contribute meaningfully from pre-production through post.
