Finish designing your car for this year's Pinewood Derby. Here are the three categories for Adventurers. You can win in any one of these, so keep that in mind as you design your car.
Overall Winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd) - Fastest car with the longest run
Racers’ Choice - Coolest car, voted on by other Adventurers from across the Conference
Best Design - Coolest car, voted on by Conference staff
Points are given based on how much work you do yourself, so don't let your parents design the car for you, but also don't be afraid to ask for help if you're stuck.
Please bring your completed design back with you to our next meeting, or ask your parents to scan it and send it to NampaZephyrs@gmail.com.

Before our next meeting, read and discuss your chosen story with your parents and make a plan for how you will tell your story using the storytelling techniques you learned during your activity today.
Bring a written summary of your story with you to our next meeting. This summary can be typed or hand written by you or your parents, but it must be in your own words. This summary is going to be the basis for your storytelling, so make sure you get enough details in there to make your storytelling interesting. (Instead of a summary, you can choose to do a storyboard.)
For a reminder of how to tell a good story, watch this video again with your parents.
