About

Nami Lee is a visual artist working with alternative photography and photo-based processes in printmaking. Playing with structural form and the conveyance of motion, her work combines autobiographical elements with themes of migration, domestic spaces, death, and the multiplicities of Korean womanhood. Her printmaking practice is informed by its deep roots in history and tradition alongside its unique proclivity towards experimentation with modern technologies.

Her work has been exhibited in Seoul, Los Angeles, and Santa Cruz.
