- Interest in synthesis of plasmonic gold nanoparticles
- Expertise in 2D semiconductor optoelectronics (ex) Light emitting device, photodiode, phototransistor)
- Experiences on emerging neuromorphic devices (ex) Multimodal memristors, opto-neuromorphic device)
- Familiarity with simulation tools relevant to semiconductor device physics and/or neural networks.
