🌍 The Aggregator: Powering Inclusive, Circular Retail for Africa
Welcome to The Aggregator Initiative
An inclusive retail and circular economy model developed by Namaste Vim Services, designed to unlock equitable access to essential products and services while creating new value from waste, supporting green jobs, and accelerating financial inclusion across Africa.
We are building Africa’s first circular, subscription-based product marketplace, a system that empowers everyday consumers to own and use non-food essentials (like electronics, home appliances, and mobile devices) through affordable monthly payments, smart swaps, and recycling incentives, all backed by integrated fintech, logistics, and environmental solutions.
🚀 Our Vision
To create a self-sustaining digital retail ecosystem that integrates Ghanaian and African manufacturers, retailers, SMEs, consumers, recyclers, and public institutions, offering circular, “as-a-service” product access through:
Digital subscriptions
Swap-and-own upgrade programs
E-waste recovery and reuse
Mobile money, powered financial services
Public-private partnerships (PPPs)

🛠️ How It Works
📱 1. Mobile-First Marketplace
Consumers access a curated list of essential electronics, appliances, and devices with options to subscribe, swap, or upgrade.
↻ 2. Swap & Save Program
Users trade in old products for discounts or credit toward the purchase of refurbished or new items.
We partner with Environment360 and certified recyclers in Accra, Kumasi, and Lagos to manage safe, formalized e-waste collection.
🏦 3. Embedded Fintech
All payments flow through secure digital rails, MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo, GhIPSS, and MFS Africa, making transactions seamless across borders.
📦 4. Delivery & Collection
Our logistics are powered by partnerships with Bolt, Ghana Post, and local couriers using AI to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
🔐 5. Circular-by-Design
Products listed on the platform prioritize repairability, modularity, and second-life utility.
We work with manufacturers (e.g., Samsung Ghana) to offer low-fee access for circular-friendly devices.
🔎 6. AI + Data
We deploy AI to personalize offerings for consumers, forecast swap demand, and provide revenue analytics dashboards for SMEs (available as a paid add-on).
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement through PPPs
Namaste Vim will engage public and private actors through outcome-based PPPs to make this ecosystem resilient and scalable. Our founding framework builds on successful models like Ghana’s eGhana PPP and aligns with global circular economy goals.

Private Sector: Boost Ghana (SME mobilization), Environment360, Ghana Post, Ecobank Ghana
