Namadhu Rekla ("Namadhu Rekla," "we," "our," or "us") provides a racing event platform through the Namadhu Rekla mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service allows users to view races and events, register race entries, access event photos and videos, maintain user and player profiles, purchase eligible content or race access, communicate and interact with content, and create limited race-related posts.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we use it, when it may be shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use.

Account and profile information:

• Name, email address, mobile number, username, password (hashed), profile photograph, gender, date of birth, social/profile links, account status, and supported sign-in identifiers

Player, race, and registration information:

• Player and owner details, participation history, rankings, registration records, certificates, and related event information.

Photos, videos, posts, and social activity:

• Images, videos, posts, comments, messages, likes, favourites, reports, and moderation data.

Location information:

• Location information you provide or allow through device permissions for race-related posts.

Payment information:

• Transaction IDs, payment status, discounts, refunds, and limited payment metadata. We do not store complete card details.

Device and technical information:

• Push notification token, app usage, IP address, logs, device and operating system information.

Support information:

• Information you provide when contacting us.

2. Device Permissions

The app may request permissions for notifications, location, camera, and photos/media to enable relevant features.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, manage accounts, process registrations and payments, display race information, send notifications, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information:

• With other users where content is intended to be public.

• With trusted service providers supporting our platform.

• When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

• During a business transfer if applicable.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app. As an alternative way, If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please send an email to:

Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request" and send the request from the email address associated with your account.

After verifying your identity, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal information unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.

Deleting the mobile application alone will not delete your account.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed in countries outside your own where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age under local law). Parents or guardians submitting information for minors confirm they are authorized to do so.
