Persimmon annex--Letter of Warning for attendance expunged at Informal A.
North University--Letter of Warning for attendance reduced from 2 years to 7 months from date of issue, settled at Informal A.

North University--Letter of Warning for attendance reduced from 2 years to 3 months from date of issue, settled at Informal A.

North University-- Letter of Warning for attendance reduced from 2 years to 6 months from date of issue, settled at Informal A

North University-- 7-Day No-Time Off Suspension for Failure to perform duties in a safe manner reduced to a Letter of Warning. Retention period reduced from 2 years to 6 months from date of issue. 

Persimmon Annex- Contractual grievance involving Articles 17 and 31, Union's right to information. Settled at Formal A. Management agrees to provide information in a timely manner. Further agreed that any time delays will be communicated and reaffirms the right to time extensions.
