Shortly, ICT in language learning is the use of ICT in learning process. Learning process these days isn't the same as it was in 90s. The use of technology in learning is very common in any country in the world. Moreover, paperless policy can be found in almost every college and high school right now, for people are becoming aware of 'paper and forest' issue. Then, computers, gadgets, internet, and other ICT devices start to replace the rule of books in learning process nowadays.
