History

Started on November 29, 2020 Maroon Fox (FoxyMan1987 at the time) created a new GameJolt account called "Horror Games Studio", which was made for non-FNaF related projects.

The first project created under the name of "Horror Games Studio" was called The Mascot. The game's demo has been taken down, but three trailers for the game are still watchable via Maroon Fox's YouTube channel.

Around half a year later, the studio's name changed to "Phantom Realm Studios". Along with this name change, was the inclusion of more team members, and the introduction of Shadowing Darkness.

There was an early demo/beta of a game called "Smile" released sometime in mid-to-late 2021. The project was cancelled and the game page was soon unlisted. The project has been teased to come back, but no official revival of the project has been set in stone.

Soon after the cancellation, of Smile, there was a large hiatus/inactivity with Phantom Realm Studios. During this inactivity, there would be random remodels and teasers of Shadowing Darkness. 

In early 2023, Phantom Realm Studios was finally changed to "Naithe Entertainment". The word "Naithe" roughly translated to "told" in Irish gaelic. 

As of August, 2023, Shadowing Darkness has finally begun development and is currently in the works.
