Our new paper on Sm2O3 thin film deposition by sputtering has been published in Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing. This paper reveals the processing conditions that can form flat, monoclinic Sm2O3 thin films suitable for an electron transport layer of BaSi2 solar cells.
