# Privacy Policy for WEB to PDF Pro
This Privacy Policy explains how **WEB to PDF Pro** (the “App”) handles information when you use it to convert web pages into PDF files.
## 1. App operator
WEB to PDF Pro is operated by:
- **Developer/company name:** NaiProjex
- **Privacy contact email:** naiprojex@gmail.com
## 2. Summary
WEB to PDF Pro is designed to process data locally. The App:
- does not require an account;
- does not provide developer-operated cloud storage or processing servers;
- does not use advertising or third-party analytics services;
- does not sell or rent personal information; and
- processes web pages and creates PDFs directly on your device, where technically possible.
## 3. Information processed
### A. URLs and web page content
When you paste a URL, share a link from a browser, or open a page through the in-app browser, the App processes that URL and loads the requested page to create a PDF.
URLs and web page content are used only to provide conversion, preview, storage, export, and sharing features. The App does not send page data to developer-operated servers.
However, loading a web page requires network requests to the website you open. That website may process your IP address, cookies, device information, or other data according to its own privacy policy. The App does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites.
### B. Cookies and login sessions
The in-app browser may use cookies and session data stored locally by Android WebView. This allows pages that require a login to load on your device.
Cookies and session data are not sent to developer-operated servers by the App. The website you visit may still receive and process those cookies when you access its services.
You are responsible for signing out of accounts and clearing browser data when using a shared device.
### C. PDF, HTML/MHT, PNG, and history data
The App creates and stores converted files and the history information needed to display document lists, search results, folders, tags, previews, deletion options, and sharing options.
Files may be stored:
- in the App’s internal storage; and
- in public device folders such as `Downloads/WebToPDF` or `Pictures/WebToPDF`, when you choose to save them there.
These files remain on your device until you or the Android system deletes them. The App does not upload these files to developer-operated servers.
### D. App settings
Settings such as conversion mode, paper size, orientation, margins, and other preferences may be stored locally on your device. They are used to remember your choices and are not sent to the developer.
### E. Clipboard
The App may read a link from your clipboard when you explicitly use the paste feature, clipboard shortcut, or clipboard widget. Clipboard contents are not collected for analytics and are not sent to developer-operated servers. You can clear clipboard contents through Android.
### F. Notifications and batch processing
If you grant notification permission, the App may display conversion status and progress, especially while batch conversion is running. Notification data is handled by Android on your device and is used to show App progress.
The App may use an Android foreground service so that batch processing can continue while the App is in the background. The App does not use notifications for advertising.
## 4. Information we do not collect
Based on the current App functionality, we do not intentionally collect:
- your name, email address, telephone number, or account identity;
- your contacts;
- your precise or approximate location;
- your personal photos, videos, or audio, unless you explicitly select and process a file using a device feature;
- web page content for analytics purposes;
- usage data for cross-app tracking; or
- diagnostic data sent to developer-operated servers.
Google Play Services or Android may collect technical and diagnostic information according to their own policies. The App does not receive or control information collected by those services.
## 5. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Local data processing is necessary to provide the functions you request, including:
- loading web pages;
- converting pages into PDFs;
- saving and displaying history;
- exporting HTML/MHT or PNG files when selected;
- running batch conversions;
- sharing or opening files; and
- saving App preferences.
## 6. Sharing information with others
The App does not sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
When you use the **Share** feature, Android displays the available destination apps. If you choose another app, the file or information you share is transferred to that app. Further processing is governed by the receiving app’s privacy policy.
When you open a website, use a service that requires login, or share a URL with another party, that website or party may process information according to its own policies.
## 7. Security
The App attempts to use the storage and security mechanisms provided by Android to process data locally. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You should avoid converting or storing highly sensitive information on a device that you do not control.
## 8. Data retention and deletion
You can delete history and files from within the App. Files exported to public folders may need to be deleted separately using the Android Files app or another file manager.
Uninstalling the App may remove the App’s internal data, but files saved to Downloads, Pictures, or another public location may remain on your device. Delete those files separately if they are no longer needed.
Because the App does not operate user accounts or cloud servers, the developer does not retain a cloud copy of your data that must be deleted upon request.
## 9. Children’s privacy
The App is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the developer, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
## 10. Third-party services and websites
The App may load third-party websites selected by you. Websites, content providers, PDF viewer apps, sharing apps, Android, and Google Play are third-party services with their own privacy policies.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those services, especially before signing in or entering sensitive information.
## 11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features, applicable laws, or data practices change. The latest version will be published at the location where this policy is made available, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
