Summary: My primary research goal was to apply Bismuth ferrite in solar cells. I synthesized Bismuth ferrite nanoparticles using sol-gel method. I did structural characterization of my synthesized nanoparticles through X-ray Diffraction (XRD), FESEM, EDS, and optical characterization through UV-Vis-NIR. I found significant results for BFO nanoparticles annealed at 500°C with less secondary phase and bandgap energy.

Summary: I wanted to improve the performance of non-ballistic CNTFET. In my research, I found that using higher dielectric constant material like HfO2 as gate insulator, CNTFET under the non-ideal environment shows excellent results.
