About Me
I completed my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a GPA of 3.50. My previous research focus was on electronic materials and devices, including photovoltaics, multiferroics, CNT-FET, and MOSFET. I explored and synthesized functional nanomaterials such as ceramic BaTiO3 and ZrO2, multiferroic BiFeO3, MoS2 and h-BN and investigated their structural and optical properties. I also studied carbon nanotube-FET to improve its non-ballistic performance. These materials and devices have potential applications in solar cells, MEMS/NEMS, and flexible electronics. My research interests include 2D materials, device fabrication and characterization, MEMS, and ReRAM.
