This Privacy Policy applies to the Naily mobile application ("the App"), provided by jigsaw. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.
1. No Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
The Naily App does not require account registration or login. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information, such as your name, phone number, email address, or account credentials.
2. Camera and Image Data Processing
Naily requires access to your device’s camera to detect your hand and fingernails and to provide a real-time virtual nail-art preview.
Camera frames are processed locally and temporarily on your device solely to detect fingernail positions and render the selected nail-art design. Naily does not take photographs automatically, upload camera images to an external server, or permanently store camera frames.
Camera image data is discarded immediately after each frame has been processed. It is not retained, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, identification, facial recognition, or user tracking.
To ensure the stability and functionality of the App and to support advertising, we automatically collect the following minimal, non-personal information. This data cannot be used to directly identify you.
