Booking & Cancellation Policies

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total. Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is successfully processed through online booking.

 Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits may be transferred one time when an appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will result in forfetiture of the deposit, and a new $25 deposit will be required to book a future appointment. 

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond the grace period may require the service to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client's appointment.  

Remaining balances may be paid at your appointment using accepted payment methods.
