Acrylics

As a 15 year old, I am not officially licensed to do arylic nails. However, if you are in the Bloomington area, I can do acrylics, I can just not accept payments. I would qualify these as practice sets and it would be absolutely free for you. Of course this means the quality wouldn't be up to par with salon quality.
